The foams in the Napp Mattress are of the highest quality and created by a world leading process that produces no CFCs or Auxiliary Blowing Agents and virtually no VOCs. Joyce Foams has been awarded the Australian Good Environmental Choice Ecolabel. There are clear environmental advantages to not shipping our Mattresses half way around the World as the majority of our competitors do. 

We are very confident that the Napp Mattress is going to suit the vast majority of Australians. In fact, we are very confident you will love it. To be confident in your choice, we offer a 100 Night Sleep-Easy Guarantee. Don’t like it and we will arrange to have the mattress picked up and give you a full refund. We do ask that you try it for at least 35 days as it may take a little while to adjust to.

Is a mattress made in China just as good? We believe the design and materials aren’t as good as what we have put into the Napp mattress. Is it made as well…time will tell!

We do know that in testing a number of mattresses using machinery designed to simulate ten years of use, the Napp mattress proved to be the most durable.

Absolutely. Our design brief was to design an excellent mattress that ticks all the boxes and then get it to the Australian market at a great price. Our mattresses are specially designed for use with Adjustable Bases. This has been achieved by removing the huge costs of bricks and mortar, sales commissions and expensive ‘sales’ advertising campaigns.

In a Retail store, the Napp mattresses would sit comfortably beside comparable memory foam mattresses that sell in the $2000 to $3000+ price bracket.

Yes, we offer a 100 Night Sleep Easy Guarantee on our Napp Mattress (Mattress only or the Mattress/es part of an Adjustable Bed).

We can offer this in most areas FREE of charge. In some cases for a very reasonable fee. The set up is quite straight forward on most of the models and we can provide instructions before the bed arrives (enclosed in the bed base also).

Nope, once it is out (compression packed) it won’t be going back in.

We recommend trying the Medium Napp Mattress as it is, if you really feel like you want a softer feel after a few nights then adding the Gel Topper is a good idea.

The top Hygroflex layer in particular and the cover of the Napp Mattress (Outlast™) have excellent Temperature control properties

Yes, provided it is a firm base. Solid slat or Platform (typically part of your regular Mattress and Base) Bases are perfect
