The foams in the Napp Mattress are of the highest quality and created by a world leading process that produces no CFCs or Auxiliary Blowing Agents and virtually no VOCs. Joyce Foams has been awarded the Global Green Tag. There are clear environmental advantages to not shipping our Mattresses half way around the World as the majority of our competitors do. 

We are very confident that the Napp Mattress is going to suit the vast majority of Australians. In fact, we are very confident you will love it. To be confident in your choice, we offer a 100 Night Sleep-Easy Guarantee. Don’t like it and we will arrange to have the mattress picked up and give you a full refund. We do ask that you try it for at least 35 days as it may take a little while to adjust to.

Hard to say for sure. We know that we are 100% confident in the Napp mattresses in terms of its design for Australians and manufacturing it right here in AU. 

Is a mattress made in China just as good? We believe the design and materials aren’t as good as what we have put into the Napp mattress. Is it made as well…time will tell!

We do know that in testing a number of mattresses using machinery designed to simulate ten years of use, the Napp mattress proved to be the most durable.

Absolutely. Our design brief was to design a range of excellent mattresses that ticks all the boxes and then get it to the Australian market at a great price. This has been achieved by removing the huge costs of bricks and mortar, sales commissions and expensive ‘sales’ advertising campaigns.

What is the NDIS & what does it mean to be a Registered Provider?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds costs associated with disability for people with the disability. The NDIS provides Australians with a disability the reasonable and necessary supports they need to exercise independence in choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports.

As a registered NDIS provider, Napp Adjustable Beds  must meet strict government quality and safety standards – standards that we apply to all our customers, not just NDIS participants. Our full range of mattresses and electric adjustable beds are available through the NDIS program to NDIS participant

We offer FREE Installation in most metropolitan areas. In some cases for a very reasonable fee. The set up is quite straight forward on most of the models and we can provide instructions before the bed arrives (enclosed in the bed base also).

Nope, once it is out (compression packed) it won’t be going back in.

We recommend trying the Medium Napp Mattress as it is, if you really feel like you want a softer feel after a few nights then adding the Gel Topper is a good idea.

The top Hygroflex layer in particular and the cover of the Napp Mattress (Outlast™) have excellent Temperature control properties

Yes, provided it is a firm base. Solid slat or Platform (typically part of your regular Mattress and Base) Bases are perfect

Yes, though as above, we recommend trying the Napp as it is first.

We sell a range of beautiful perfectly suited Sheets by local company Bambi. You can also purchase any Standard Australian size sheets to suit (check the mattress measurements).

Napp offers normal Debit/Credit Card options, Splitit (on your Credit Card but over 4 Interest Free payments) or use your Paypal Account
