Yes — our Napp Mattresses are proudly Australian Made and carry the official ‘Made in Australia’ logo, meeting all strict certification guidelines. Where possible we’re committed to supporting Australian manufacturing, local workers and their families.
Our MLILY mattresses are imported, but rest assured they’re fully backed by warranty and quality standards, giving you confidence whichever mattress you choose.

The foams in the Napp Mattress are made to an exceptionally high standard using a world‑leading process that produces no CFCs, no auxiliary blowing agents and virtually no VOCs. Joyce Foams is proudly certified with the Global GreenTag. Wherever possible, we choose materials and manufacturing partners that help us reduce unnecessary environmental impact.
We are very confident that the Napp Mattresses are going to suit the vast majority of Australians. In fact, we are very confident you will love them. To be confident in your choice, we offer a 100 Night Sleep-Easy Guarantee. Don’t like it and we will arrange to have the mattress picked up and give you a refund (less any freight costs). We do ask that you try it for at least 35 days as it may take a little while to adjust to.
Absolutely. Our design brief was to design a range of excellent mattresses that ticks all the boxes and then get it to the Australian market at a great price. This has been achieved by removing the huge costs of bricks and mortar, sales commissions and expensive ‘sales’ advertising campaigns.
In a Large Retail store, the Napp mattress would sit comfortably beside comparable memory foam mattresses that sell in the $2000 to $3000+ price bracket.
Yes, we offer a 100 Night Sleep Easy Guarantee on our Napp Mattress (Mattress only or the Mattress/es part of an Adjustable Bed). Contact us for further info.
What is the NDIS & what does it mean to be a Registered Provider?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds costs associated with disability for people with the disability. The NDIS provides Australians with a disability the reasonable and necessary supports they need to exercise independence in choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports.
As a registered NDIS provider, our full range of mattresses and electric adjustable beds (assisted technology) & bed linen & support aids (consumables) are available through the NDIS program to NDIS participant
If you use a Plan Manager:
1. At the checkout select 'Bank Payment'
2. Enter your details and in the note section include your Plan Manager Details & NDIS number.
3. We will send an incoive to your plan manager to request payment
4. When we recieve confirmation , we will send you your order!
If you are Self Managed and use the NDIA Portal - Napp Beds can submit a claim for you:
1. At the checkout select Bank Deposit
2. Enter your participant details and complete the checkout
3. We will submit a claim to the NDIS usisng your plan details and nominated support category.
4 Once we recieve confirmation from the NDIS we will send you order!

Yes - your Aged Care Package can be used toward a Napp Bed, we're happy to provide a tailored package for your needs and can guide you through the steps with knowledge & care
Adjustable Bases
Yes, you can choose the Renew Zero Clearance frame which can be placed upon a solid base or within a bed frame providing it is sturdy enough to take the weight
We offer FREE Installation in most metropolitan areas. In some cases for a very reasonable fee. The set up is quite straight forward on most of the models and we can provide instructions before the bed arrives (enclosed in the bed base also).
It can easily reach any socket in the bedroom.
Mattress & Topper
Yes, to keep your Napp Mattress in excellent condition. Check out our range available by the Sensitive Choice recognised Australian Made 'Protect-a-bed' by Sleepcorp
The MLILY mattresses come in a Box & Nope, once it is out (compression packed) it won’t be going back in!
We recommend trying the Napp Mattresses as they are, if you really feel like you want a softer feel after a week or so then adding a Topper may be a good idea - check out our Bambi Memory Foam Charcoal Infused Topper
The top Hygroflex layer and the cover of the Napp Mattresses (Outlast™) have excellent Temperature control properties.
The MLILY Range use a Carbon Cool infused AirFoam ™ which is more cooling & breathable
Yes, provided it is a firm base. Solid slat or Platform (typically part of your regular Mattress and Base) Bases are perfect
We sell a range of beautiful perfectly suited Sheets by local company Bambi. We know they fit & perform well! You can also purchase any Standard Australian size sheets to suit (check the mattress measurements) from a quality manchester retailer.
Payments
Napp offers normal Debit/Credit Card options, Visa/Mastercard/Amex or use your Paypal Account Pay 4 Way. We also offer in store Eftpos
We also offer HUMM for up to 18 months interest free - enquire for specifics or find the link in the shopping cart
If you have a 4 way pay arrangement with your bank you can use that also.
YES! We offer up to 18 months Interest Free - 20% Deposit Required -
