Shipping policy

Here's a quick guide as to how long it should take for your item to arrive. 

Metropolitan For orders to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Tasmania and Adelaide Metropolitan areas typically arrive within five to ten business days.

Further away: Remote destinations and orders for WA Perth, Hobart and NT Darwin can take a little longer to arrive; typically, 14-21 business days.

No PO Boxes: Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes – please provide an alternative address.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact our admin at info@nappbeds.com.au and we will endeavour to get back to you just as soon as we can. 

Whilst we do our best to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible, on rare occasions there may be delays and orders can take slightly longer than the suggested time frame. Having said this, we will always do our best to get your bed to you ASAP!

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as returns and resending of items will be at the customer’s expense.
