We recently purchased a superking, split base bed as my wife had a serious broken arm and could only sleep in a recliner chair, the adjustable bed was the answer and we are both enjoying a comfortable nights sleep. Brendans service and follow up has been outstanding and a pleasure to deal with, this Company and products are highly recommended.

I received my bed the same week I ordered it. I have an enliven electric base and a Napp mattress. Both are excellent. I love it, best sleep in a while. I would recommend without any hesitation at all. Thank you Brendan for going the extra mile.

I can't recommend this bed highly enough. I bought it for my guest room, which I rent out on Airbnb. My guests love it - quite a few have called it the comfiest bed they've ever slept on. (I personally already have a very expensive latex mattress, which I love... but the Napp is even comfier. I'm sometimes jealous that my guests have the Napp!). Brendan at Napp was incredibly helpful throughout the process - definitely the best customer service I've received in a long time.

After researching all the mattress-in-a-box options available in NZ, I chose Napp because the it seemed to offer the softest level of comfort on the top layer over the others. I wanted the cushion feeling on top with great support underneath. Turns out it was the perfect choice. I'd tried a few others and they were all a little too firm. I love climbing in to it every night. I'm a pilates teacher and my standards of the postural support I believe we need are very high. Napp doesn't disappoint. My body loves it. Also loved that these products are more locally produced and assembled.. they don't come in from China. Bonus good feels.

Received my Enliven adjustable bed and Napp mattress yesterday. Had an amazing sleep last night. Arrived very well packed and easy to set up. Brendan was extremely helpful and answered my questions and emails without delay. Value for money this bed is awesome. Have a few friends coming to look and try. If you have any health issues and need a comfortable bed then you have found it. Mattress not to firm while not soft either. Highly recommend to all.

Don't bother with a mattress store... this is the easiest way to quickly upgrade any bed to 5-star comfort. The product is superb, the service is personal and REAL, the delivery is speedy, the price is incredible, and it all comes in a box with a handy little opener (nice touch NAPP). My sister and her husband were the first to sleep on it. I asked them to be brutally honest about my new mattress - NAPP's generous return policy allowed for a guilt-free critique! They said it was the most comfortable bed they’d ever slept on! Yay! Sadly for them, not available in the US yet... and doesn't quite fit in a suitcase. Thanks Brendan for modernising the mattress world. It was due for a good shake-up!
