Napp Original Mattress

I recently replaced my inner-sprung mattress that I had on a slat base and with a separate 5cm memory foam topper. I used to find it difficult to avoid the nagging pains from my mild osteoarthritis when trying to get to sleep, and would often wake to these pains throughout the night. Constantly taking prescription pain meds was the only way to avoid the pain and I still wasn't that comfy anyway. So after reading all the reviews of the Napp mattresses one sleepless night, I took the plunge, ordered one, and have never looked back. I still use my topper and recommend one if you like a softer sleep experience. Best of all I only need infrequent use of the pain meds for the arthritis. The mattress with its extra topper means I lie flatter with limbs fully supported, sinking in to the topped mattress which yields to my weight, not trying to bounce it back at me. Brendan had fully and promptly answered a pre-order query I had so I knew all the great reviews about him were justified. Now I sleep so so so much better and am much more pain free and less medicated thanks to my lovely mattress. All the great reviews about this product are justified which is why I am adding one more. It really has changed my life of which a proper sleep is a crucial part. I would unreservedly recommend this product.

Arrived as expected . Felt slightly firmer than the one we tried in showroom but after a few weeks they softened . Now having great night sleep

Unpacking was s mission. Gave the letter to my husband while i retired to the garage He read the letter then called out to me it takes 2 people By then id done it. Mattress great but has trouble turning over. What are seat belt things for underneath?Husband has trouble turning over. Twice as thick as old mattress but very comfortable

We liked it straight away, only issue I had was the size, I think my previous super king was a bit wider. We could have returned it but decided to keep it.
My daughter was not that happy with the purchase at first, but loves hers now. She had picked a different one originally but found this one as comfy.

We are loving our new Napp Mattress.My husband especially likes it as it is supportive and easy to turn over. I am finding it is a bit harder to sink my shoulder into than our previous mattress.Maybe a new pillow may help.

I purchased several napp mattresses for an accommodation business...and everyone has commented on the comfort of them...and what a great sleep they had. Would buy again and have already recommended them to friends.

The mattresses are a dream to sleep on. After buying an expensive Bambillo bed, we couldn't sleep on the mattresses. we managed to sent them back. we purchased Napp mattresses after finding the site on google (not easy to find). will be interesting to see if the mattresses are cool enough in the summer, for now, happy customers. At first I found the Napp mattress a little warmer than I expected (although not uncomfortably so) but have gotten used to it now and find it comfortable to sleep on.

It is a very good mattress. I have no problem with it.

Great mattresses, however my husband found the mattress not quite firm enough for him and was still getting a sore back after sleeping, so we claimed on the 100 day trial - napp were super easy to deal with and hassle free. Just to be clear - we are on a super firm bed now. These mattresses are not soft per se.

I have had my Napp mattress for just over 6 months now and I love it. It's very comfortable and it's easy to lift and turn around when needed.

This is the 3rd Napp Mattress we have purchased , the last one we put in our Caravan. No regrets at all

I've bought three mattresses from different companies over the past two years for different beds, and this is the best. Highly recommended for support and comfort. I prefer a medium firm mattress, and this is firm but also with a great top layer which is super comfortable.

We absolutely love our Napp! We are used to a fairly soft mattress so were worried this might be a bit firm but it’s the best of both worlds. Holds firm (no partner disturbance) but you sink into the surface. Sooo comfy! Brendan was amazingly helpful with our purchase also. Thanks for the best sleep ever!

A,very comfortable mattress, and has been suitable for sleeping in hot weather.
It does move on the wooden base a little and needs to be realigned to avoid hitting your shin when walking around it.

Love it. Do get a bit hot at times so need less bedding and often just a sheet.
But it is immediately warm and comfortble and we sleep well. Thank you

Mattress great. Have two of them

Now that we are into warmer summer weather, I am noticing that I wake up in the night too warm. That is solved by kicking off my covers and was never a problem during the winter.
Bought the mattress protector which I believe to be essential, but have discovered a 1/4” slice which worries me. I took a photo; it doesn’t seem to be growing, but obviously a direct spill on this weak point would be unfortunate.
I will recommend this to others.

Bedding shops give me the yab dabs - somehow invasive and too personal for comfort. I cannot help but think I am being "sold" a product. Buying on-line, by contrast, suited me very well: although its a significant leap of faith. I read the reviews on here - as you will too. I judged they were sincere and legitimate and took the plunge. A couple of emails with Brendan, who was prompt and supportive. So was the mattress when it came - supportive, that is. This really has been a superb and painless purchase. The off-gassing goes quickly, the foam build a different, but quickly superior experience. Unreservedly, a great decision, a great purchase and great service from the company (despite the machinations of lockdown in Auckland).

My partner and I have had the mattress for one year now (purchased in August 2020) and its going really good, it is still like new and I don't get back pain when I sleep anymore! I had doubts that it might last but it is really good quality foam. If you think its too firm initially, it eventually softens up and becomes soft but supportive. Make sure you get a reliable bed base though, we tried using my old box base but it wasn't doing any justice. Most importantly, the cat approved! Thankfully, you get a little card (or well we did) which basically tells you what to pair the matteress with base wise from the manufacturer. With ours we get a bit of partner disturbance, but that is because we stupidly went with a double... My partner and I aren't skinny, and we have to share our bed with the cat. My only gripes are that I wish I upgraded to a bigger one. Additionally, I think the supply chain could be a little more transparent which I think would help market the mattress better. As the Joyce Foams (the foam maker that supplies the manufacturer) is GECA certified. Although I suppose it cant be advertised as this company is only the retailer and a small business so isn't itself certified but this is what originally sold me on the matteress initially! In comparison to other brands, no mention is made about sustainability (of the mattress), their supply chain or even if they are made of non-toxic foams (as they are manufacturered in China). Super happy with my purchase!

The level of support and firmness the mattress provides suits me perfectly. Very happy with it and very good value for money.
