Most of our customers love the mattress straight away. However, your body may take a few days, or perhaps a few weeks to adjust if you have been using a very firm mattress or a mattress that has given you poor support.

If you are not happy with the comfort of the mattress (after a minimum of 35 nights, maximum of 100) then contact us and we will arrange to have it picked up from you and give you a refund less the cost incurred by Napp for freight.

The mattress would be collected by a Recycling Mattress Company - avoiding it going into landfill!!
